A Queens woman who thought she won a $43 million jackpot is suing Resorts World Casino in Queens after being told the slot machine had malfunctioned.
Last August, Katrina Bookman said she won millions on the "Sphinx Lot Machine." but her joy was short-lived when officials told her the machine had malfunctioned and she didn't actually win, referring to a disclaimer on the machine which states, "Malfunction voids all pays and plays."
The casino offered Katrina a steak, which she refused. Resorts Casino officials declined to comment.
