Russia's Artem Laguta is the new FIM Speedway Grand Prix world champion after reaching the eWinner Torun SGP of Poland round 11 final.
Despite scoring just three points in his opening three races, Laguta bounced back in sensational style with three successive victories - culminating in his title-winning triumph in semi-final one.
Poland's Bartosz Zmarzlik won eWinner Torun SGP round 11 to claim his fifth win of 2021 as well as World Championship silver.
Emil Sayfutdinov was second on the night to seal World Championship bronze.
