The News Literacy Project's latest video showcases the program's impact in schools in New York City, Chicago and Bethesda, Md.
The video is narrated by ABC News anchor and correspondent Ron Claiborne, an active NLP journalist fellow. His portion of the video was shot on the set of ABC's weekend edition of "Good Morning America."
Featured journalists include Matea Gold of the Los Angeles Times and Ari Shapiro of NPR. The video also includes excerpts from interviews with Alan Miller, the project's founder and president, and with principals, teachers and students from partner schools in the project's three regions.
Special thanks to Ron Claiborne and ABC News and Raoul Ranoa of the Los Angeles Times for their participation.
