Ed Goddard is a name that needs no introduction in Australian distance running circles. At 24 years old he has already managed to establish himself as one of the best runners in the country recently turning his efforts to the marathon and now boasting a PB of 2:13.
We were fortunate enough to pick Ed's brains about how he has managed to become so fast discussing lessons learnt from previous training errors/misconceptions, marathon racing experiences as well as becoming stronger and wiser through injury.
