600g Boneless Chicken Thighs
2 tbsp Natural Yoghurt
1 tsp red chilli Powder
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1 tsp Paprika
½ tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Turmeric
½ tsp Black Pepper
½ Salt
1 tbsp Tomato Paste
1 tbsp Garlic/Ginger Paste
1 tbsp Oil
Fresh Juice of 1 Whole Lemon
Red Food Colouring
Yogurt/Mint/Lime Dip:
4 tbsp Natural Yogurt
½ tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp of Dried or Fresh Mint (preferably fresh)
Juice of 1 Whole Lime
