Cucumber dosa is an easy breakfast idea, delicious and very flavourful too. You can soak on waking up or soak overnight and grind for breakfast. No need for fermentation, but if you want, can keep aside for 3 hours and prepare. We had it with peanut coconut chutney. For 20-22 dosas
