Coleslaw is a traditional American appetizer of cabbage and carrots that comes in many variations. This coleslaw has a delicate and sweet flavor with a slight spiciness. Coleslaw salad contains many nutrients (vitamins A, B, C, sodium, potassium, iron, calcium, magnesium) that provide the body with energy and strength.

4 persons

🥗 Ingredients:
Salad
400 g white cabbage
2-3 carrots, approx. 200 g
1/2 small onion

Dressing:
60 g sour cream
4 tablespoons cream
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp lemon juice
Black pepper, to taste
Salt, to taste
Instructions

🍳 Instructions:
Prepare salad:
Prepare cabbage into portion pieces for food processor.
Shred cabbage in food processor or cut into fine strips with knife.
Grate peeled carrots in food processor.
Finely chop onion.
Place everything in a large bowl for further processing.

For the dressing:
Shake sour cream, cream, white wine vinegar, sugar, and lemon juice vigorously in a dressing shaker.
Pour dressing over salad.
Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
Leave the Coleslaw salad in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

Tip
The Coleslaw can be spiced up with a grated apple or celery.
