On June 1, 2024 AIF held its 2024 Bay Area Gala at the San Francisco City Hall, raising a record-breaking $2.65M, with the pledge drive alone raising over $900K—the highest ever at any AIF gala.

The gala honored the remarkable leadership journeys of Revathi Advathi, CEO of Flex, and Aparna Bawa, COO of Zoom, and celebrated AIF’s impactful work in empowering women and girls across our programs in education, public health, and livelihoods. The evening was made even more special by performances from the hilariously brilliant Zarna Garg the Stanford A Cappella group.
