The ChopFit Anchor Strap attaches to the Chopper on one end and a stationary object on the other end (such as a door) with a resistance band connecting in between.
The middle, thick part of the Anchor Strap is the Door Anchor. When attaching to the hinge side of a door, simply slide the strap a door hinge at your desired height with the Door Anchor resting on the opposite side of the door from you. The d-ring end should be facing toward you. Shut the door securely and then firmly pull on the d-ring to make sure the Door Anchor is secured tightly. Then connect the resistance band to the d-ring at the end of strap.
Note: Always ensure door and anchor position are secure. You should only use the Anchor Strap on a solid door that securely closes.
