There are mainly 4 types of receptors through which members/cytokines of IL-1 Family do their functions. The receptors are Interleukin-1 Receptor (IL-1R), Interleukin-18 Receptor alpha (IL-18R alpha), Interleukin-1 Receptor-like 2 (IL-1R-L2)/ IL-1 Receptor related Protein 2 (IL-1RrP2), Interleukin-1 Receptor-like 1 (IL-1R-L1)/ Suppression of Tumorigenicity 2 (ST2). In this video I have discussed all these receptors with diagram.
