In this new video series, I will be covering the first of two papers that make up the 2021 BTEC Level 3 database exam. I will be taking each task at a time and providing a walk-through of how you could tackle the question. I will provide suggestions and reasons as to why you need to implement elements within the structure of the database and how you go about building the evidence for your exam.
In this video we look at how to create forms in Access with the use of macros and Access functions to gain information on;

Minimum Values using DMin
Maximum Values using DMax
Count the number of records for an individual ID using DCount
Calculating the sum value for an ID using DSum
