Kolkata's one of the most favourite "Singara" or samosa recipe.
Ingredient:
For Outer part/Shell:
All Purpose flour/Maida - 2medium bowl
Salt- 1/4th Tbsp
Vegetable Oil - 5Tbsp
Chilled water
For Stuffing:
Par boiled with skin potatoes - 5(medium)
Bengali Five Spice/5foron - 1 & 1/2tbsp
Whole Dry Red Chilli - 2
Ginger-Green Chilli Paste - 1 & 1/2tsp
Peanut - 40gms
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste
Turmeric - 1 pinch
Vegetable oil for frying
