Here is my modification to the Spurlock soundboard Router. I created a custom aluminum housing which is bolted directly to a high quality made in Japan air tool. The housing of the air tool is modified to accept four M5 screws for a vibration free connection to the aluminum housing which includes a fine adjustment for the depth. With the adjustment wheel I can make fine adjustment of 0.1mm to accurately cut to the desired depth without any danger of cutting into the ribs. Accurate and vibration free routing for a most precise fit of the new shims.
