War Robots Test Server Gameplay: BEST Setups for Tempest. I run 5 of the strongest Tempest setups in the game on both Canyon and Moon to see which one is the best. At the end of the day, it all depends on the player's resources and preferences. While I do like the Fury Tempest, I found on quite a few maps the Carnage Tempest was actually better because of it's speed and also it's energy shield. With a future buff to Molots and Tempest headed our way, the Carnage may just be the best choice. It's affordable, it's fast, it has an energy shield and is a smaller target on the battlefield.
