Cheesy Korean Corn Dogs!

Recipe ingredients:
11/2 cups all purpose flour (maida)
1 tbsp sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg (optional but recommended)
Salt 1 tsp
110 ml milk
Sausages / hot dogs 2 large
Mozzarella cheese as required
Top with caster sugar (optional), mustard and ketchup
