This is everything I eat on multi-day backpacking trips! In this video I go through an entire menu for 5 days of backpacking, but you can easily scale this up or down depending on how many days you're out in the wild! This is a budget friendly, nutritious and a calorie dense meal plan for backpacking, and it involves barely any prep and no dehydration. The best part is most of this backpacking food can be purchased at any grocery store! After I show you my breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, I'll show you a few tips for how I pack my bear canister (or food bag) as well as some bonus tips for how I store my food in my pack for easy access on trail. Happy eating and hiking! Love y'all! 🍕💚
