Here is my crowd pleasing shrimp/seafood boil that makes my guests happy. Add any seafood of your choice (lobster tails, snow crabs, mussels) and make it yours. Also adjust all the spices to your preference. This recipe serves as a guide only.
Note: This recipe was formulated for 15-20 people. Alter the ingredients if making a smaller quantity.

Ingredients I used
5 lbs shrimps (tail and shell on, deveined)
2 lbs sausage (I love Hillshire Farm brand)
2-3 lbs baby potatoes
corn on the cob
4 sticks of UNSALTED BUTTER
Hard boiled eggs
2 1/2 Tbsp freshly crushed garlic
1 medium yellow onion finely chopped
2 Tbsp Paprika
1 tsp chili flakes
“Slap Ya Mama” seasoning (to taste)
Old Bay seasoning (to taste)
Cajun Seasoning (to taste)
