All of the dungeon, quest and story boss fights on Normal Mode for Chapter 3.

The first boss can be difficult if you go in guns blazing as all 3 of them can fire beams that hit allies on a line while inflicting burn and they can also damage + sleep your party so avoid having everyone grouped together, focus on taking them down one at a time and have Alisa/Elliot/Emma/Jusis focus on keeping everyone's HP topped up, removing status and getting in some damage when possible.

The practical exam this time around is a fight against Patrick and some snobs and you can't use Jusis or the girls in this battle. The fight is easy regardless but if you want the bonus AP then you can't cast a single Art which does put a damper on what Elliot can do. Just use your buffs, Link Attacks and abuse Arc Slash to get some delays on them and don't forget to use Battle Scopes.

The Thunder Quaker is another boss from the Sky games and if you remember that fight correctly he LOVES to spam attacks that hit your party and hit you with Seal/Silence so equip accessories to prevent that, then beat face. By this point in the game you'll have access to Dark Matter to hit multiple enemies in addition to Time magic spamming. I also decided to try making Alisa a strictly melee attacker for this point in the game to see how well that worked for shits and giggles.

Millium hits hard but is slow as hell. Just throw up a Noble Command and wail on her with Arc Slash and Soul Blur.

For Gideon and the dropouts try to take the Jaegers out first, then the boss himself. He's able to cancel Arts with his gun so if you're going to use spells be sure to time it so it'll cast before his turn comes up (or try to bait him with a second character using magic.)

Lastly we have the big boss of the chapter who can inflict poison and some other status condition I don't quite remember. It comes with several smaller spiders that should you kill all of them will make the boss waste a turn to spawn more...or you can just aim for the Faint hax with Soul Blur and proceed to cheese it to death with Arc Slash and Link Attacks. That works too.
