1: straights
2: burpee + punch
3: uppers
4: sit up + punch
5: 3 punches + 3 shuffles
6: plank + punch
7: 2 to 10s
8: Overhead Punches
9: Combo
10: burpee + 1,2
Boxer and Pad Holder switch and repeat the drill!
