Old Cuban 🍹

Ingredients :
🌿 45 ml dark/cuban rum
🌿 27 ml Simple Syrup
🌿 22.5 ml lemon juice 🍋
🌿 2 dashes bitters
🌿 6-7 Mint leaves 🍃
🌿 60 ml sparkling wine 🍾

Garnish :
🍂 dehydrate lemon wheel 🍋 and mint 🍃

Steps:
🍁 In your jar add rum, simple syrup , lemon juice and bitters
🍁 Pat the mint leaves to release oil and add it in the jar
🍁 Add ice and shake it well
🍁Take a glass, put the ice cubes
🍁 Pour the cocktail over ice
🍁 Top it up with sparkling wine
🍁 Garnish it and enjoy 😉
