Days before the nation celebrates the 125th birth anniversary of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, the Indian Railways on Tuesday renamed the Howrah-Kalka Mail as the ‘Netaji Express’. The great freedom fighter was born on January 23, 1897 and floated Azad Hind Fauj to fight for India's independence. Netaji’s prakram had put India on the express route of freedom and development,” the ministry of railways said.
