Homegrown Automaker Mahindra and Mahindra is all set to reveal the Mahindra XEV 9e, BE 6e electric SUVs on November 26. The brand has continuously teased both SUVs revealing details on its design, features and more. And now, the company has released yet another teaser which reveals the exterior design of both electric SUVs. The company will introduce two all-electric SUV offerings, one each under the XEV and BE brands, XEV 9e and the BE 6e respectively.
The XEV 9e and BE 6e are based on the INGLO platform which aims to deliver a high-efficiency drivetrain with a focus on range. The XEV 9e will redefine electric luxury, while the BE 6e delivers bold, athletic performance. As per the new teaser, the XEV 9e and BE 6e electric SUVs will feature futuristic, aerodynamic designs with sharp-looking elements. At the front, the XEV 9e features a connected LED lightbar and vertical lighting along with a closed grille, swooping bonnet, and the new Mahindra EV logo. In contrast, the BE 6e will have a front light system inspired by the XUV 3XO and will sport a BE logo instead of the Mahindra logo. Both SUVs will feature bold character lines and large wheel arches, and it's expected to get alloy wheels measuring up to 18 inches
There are no any details on battery, e-motor, features or range. The XEV 9e is expected to take on upcoming Tata Harrier EV and is expected to be offered in RWD, it’s also expected that the XEV 9e will share its battery pack and powertrain with the BE 6e. The Mahindra BE 6e is expected to come with both rear-wheel drive (RWD) and all-wheel drive (AWD) configurations, along with two battery expected battery options. It’s expected to have real world range more than 450 kms on a single charge, and both versions will support ultra-fast charging.
