Tropical Storm Elsa is expected to weaken some as it passes through Cuba and re-emerges in the Gulf of Mexico.
Top sustained winds are at 65 miles per hour and the current track has it emerging in the eastern Gulf of Mexico and then making a trek toward the west side of Florida's peninsula, moving on land sometime around Tuesday as a strong tropical storm.
