Max lang turned up this weekend at the Phoenix International competition at Harrow School which I assume he was using as a last minute preparation competition for the upcoming World Championships in Turkmenistan. Max hit a new personal best snatch of 158kg and a very close attempt at a new personal best total, narrowly missing 191kg clean and jerk.
