Kashmir continues to freeze under extreme cold wave conditions. Srinagar recorded a minimum temperature of minus 7.6 degrees. Due to the freezing temperatures, people living in the city woke up to frozen taps and slippery roads. Meanwhile, the minimum temperature in the national capital, Delhi drops to minus 6.4 degrees.
