This new ERG conveyor is developed and designed from traditional mobile telescopic container conveyor, while ergonomic principles are widely applied.

The most distinguishing points come from its front part. It can rise or descend separately or together with the platform. Moreover, it can also swing left or right according to actual situation. It enables the operator to get much closer to the packages or loading position, so that the amount of lifting or carrying the packages is reduced significantly, which means a lot for the workers and the warehouses, including less labor, less fatigue, less injury, less quitting, less recruiting, less training, while more efficient instead.

The other advantage is its movability compared to the traditional telescopic conveyors. The ERG conveyor could travel inter-warehouse or between docks by its own rechargeable battery. It can easily turn right or left by the remote controller. What is more, it can turn around at its original place if required. All these functions are to help reduce total investment in the conveyor system by multi-shift operation.
