In order to share experiences regarding changes to the regulations and the institutional framework that contribute to increasing efficiency and lowering costs in matters related to pensions, the International Federation of Pension Fund Administrators (FIAP), puts at your disposal the Video of the interview with Mr. Sergio Baeza and Mr. Carlos Briceño, the Chairman and General Manager, respectively, of the Pension Amounts Queries and Offers System (SCOMP).

SCOMP is a system created in Chile, whose purpose is to provide full and comparable information regarding life annuity offers and pension amounts in programmed retirement, by means of a technological platform interconnecting the Pension Fund Administrators (AFPs), the Life Insurance Companies and Pension Advisers. This system is an information and consultation platform which provides future pensioners with timely answers to their queries. The use of SCOMP is mandatory in Chile for members of the AFPs and survival pension beneficiaries when deciding on a pension mode.
