(26 Sep 2015) Croatia has been busing migrants and refugees to Hungary, and is demanding that Serbia do the same - rather than diverting the asylum seekers to Croatia.
Ranko Ostojic, Croatia's interior minister cited the Strosinci crossing, on the border with Serbia, as being particularly problematic.
During a visit at a reception centre in Opatovac on Saturday, Ostojic said it would be easier to sent the asylum seekers directly to the Hungarian border or a reception centre in Serbia - from where they can then travel to their final destinations in Europe - than divert them to Croatia.
Only a few hundred migrants and refugees were being processed in Opatovac on Saturday morning.
