A Simple Syrup boiled with 2 Parts of Water to 1 Part of Sugar or 3Parts of Water to 1 Part of Sugar, depending on your preference of sweetness, boiled, cooled and refrigerated for storage.
Suitable for Cakes, Sponges, Entremets, Babas, Savarins, Tiramisu (with some coffee ofcourse) and for anything you would like to add moistness to!
