NEGOTIATORS IN VIENNA, AUSTRIA HAVE REACHED A DEAL OVER IRAN'S NUCLEAR PROGRAM.
IRAN, THE U-S AND FIVE OTHER NATIONS HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN MORE THAN A YEAR OF TALKS.

"I have just signed the road map between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the IAEA (International Atomic Energy Agency) for the clarification of past and present outstanding issues regarding Iran's nuclear programme. The text has been signed on behalf of Iran by the country's Vice President Mr. Ali Akbar Salehi."

A SENIOR DIPLOMAT SAYS IT INCLUDES A COMPROMISE OVER U-N INSPECTORS' ACCESS TO IRANIAN MILITARY SITES.
U-N INSPECTORS WILL BE ABLE TO PRESS FOR VISITS, BUT THEY MIGHT NOT GET ACCESS.
IRAN WILL BE ABLE TO CHALLENGE THE REQUEST AND TAKE IT TO AN ARBITRATION BOARD.
THE DEAL WILL GO TO THE U-N SECURITY COUNCIL, WHICH IS EXPECTED TO ENDORSE IT BY THE END OF THE MONTH.
