Today Let's see how to make Arisi Upma/Noi Upma/Broken Rice Upma Recipe for break fast / Dinner. It is a quick recipe with minimal ingredients which is always available at home. This taste extremely good and it needs only few ingredients to make. Have this with pickle or dried chillies. Soaking the rice will help to cook evenly and fast.
Note: After adding the broken rice cook on medium flame for 5 mins Then simmer the flame to very low cook for 10 - 15 mins. Mix in between.

Ingredients
Groundnut Oil Or Coconut Oil - 5 Tbsp
Broken Rice - 2 1/2 Glass
Onions - 4
Mustard Seeds - 2 tbsp
Chana Dal - 1 tbsp
Urad Dal - 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 tbsp
Dry Chillies - 10 nos
Salt
Water - 3 to 3 1/2 glass
Asafoetida - 1 tsp

நொய் அரிசி - 2 1/2 Glass
வெங்காயம் - 4
கடுகு - 2 tbsp
கடலை பருப்பு - 1 tbsp
உளுத்தம் பருப்பு - 1 tbsp
சீரகம் - 1 tbsp
வர மிளகாய் - 10
உப்பு - தேவையான அளவு
தண்ணீர் - 3 to 3 1/2 Glass
பெருங்காயம் - 1 tsp
