Here we fix the surging issue on a Toro powerclear Snow Blower with r-tek 141cc engine. Rpms should be set with a tachometer.

Always remove spark plug wire before doing any repairs on a small engine.

Be careful when doing this as if you bend the tab to aggressively you could cause the wind vayne to break
