(6 Jan 2021) Serbian Orthodox worshippers attended services to celebrate the Orthodox Christmas Eve at a Belgrade church on Wednesday.
At the St. Sava Church faithful gathered for the custom burning of the Yule Log while the interim leader of the Serbian Orthodox Church, Bishop Hrizostom, delivered the liturgy.
People were advised to observe coronavirus regulations by keeping social distance and wearing face coverings.
The Serbian Orthodox Church marks January 7 as Christmas.
