Build #4 is gonna be pretty hot, if you know what I mean. This one uses Witch's Locks, Rapport, and some melee pyromancies such as Flame Fan and Fire Whip. You can also use Fire Surge if you really want to. The Bloodthirsty flaming knives are just an excuse to give the Ascended Flame Fan an extra purpose, but you don't have to do that, of course.
