Jasper Knight is a professor at the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa. He is a geoscientist focusing on how climate change impacts landscapes.
In this video he discusses both the geological and economic vulnerability of beaches, and how coastal erosion has a significant impact not just on the environment, but also the communities that have developed around coastlines.
