做法
1. 雞鎚洗淨印乾;
2. 大火熱鑊,加入1湯匙橄欖油,將雞鎚煎至8成熟,盛起備用;
3. 原鍋再加入1湯匙橄欖油,爆香乾葱碎、白磨菇、洋葱、乾迷迭香、乾牛至、乾百里香及煙肉,然後加入雞槌、番茄、番茄膏、白酒、蔬菜湯、糖及鹽,煮沸後熄火,蓋上鍋蓋;
4. Panasonic「變頻式」蒸氣烤焗微波爐NN-CS89LB選擇組合烹調2 (蒸氣1 + 熱風對流烤焗230°C)進行預熱;
6. 預熱完成後,將原鍋放入「變頻式」蒸氣烤焗微波爐下層,於水箱加滿水,設定30分鐘,完成後取出。

Dried Rosemary 1 tbsp.
Dried Oregano 1 tbsp.
Dried Thyme 1 tbsp.
White Wine 70ml
Vegetable broth 600ml
Tomato Paste 170g
Sugar 2.5 tsp.
Salt Moderate
1. Wash and wipe the drumsticks.
2. Heat the dutch oven with high heat and add 1 tbsp. of olive oil, fry the drumsticks to medium-well, store for later use.
3. Add 1 tbsp. of olive oil to the same pan, saute chopped shallots, white mushroom, onion, dried rosemary, dried oregano, dried thyme and bacon. Add drumsticks, tomato, tomato paste, white wine, vegetable broth, sugar and salt. Turn off the heat after boiling and cover the dutch oven with lid.
4. Preheat the Panasonic "Inverter" Steam & Grill Microwave Oven NN-CS89LB by selecting “Combi 2” (Steam 1 + Convection 230 °C).
5. After preheat, put the dutch oven into the lower shelf position of the "Inverter" Steam & Grill Microwave Oven, fill the water tank and set for 30 mins.
