I walk past these shakes in the supplement section at my grocery store all the time. I am currently trying to build mass and put some pounds on. I thought I would fulfill my curiosity and share with you guys! This was worth the buy and I am actually pretty mad it took so long to give them a chance. These shakes slap and are a nice little treat instead of me drinking a beer.
