Try this nutritious and full-of-fiber and protein muffins. They are tasty and juicy, high in protein, and low in calories. Suitable for weight loss regimen.
Ingredients:
100 gr. oat flour;
2 apples;
1 carrot;
1 banana;
1 scoop protein powder;
2 eggs;
1 tbsp baking powder;
1 cup frozen blueberries;
Instructions:
Peel and grate the apples and the carrot. Peel and mash the banana with a fork.
Combine the apples, carrot, banana, flour, protein powder, baking powder, and eggs into a bowl and mix well.
Add the blueberries and stir.
Pour the mixture into a muffin tray(silicone or nonstick) and bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
