2022 Xpeng P5 in-depth Walkaround
The XPeng P5 is a battery-powered subcompact executive sedan produced by the Chinese electric car company XPeng. It is the first mass-produced car to be equipped with lidar sensors for advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS).
The fully electric drive system of the P5 has a maximum range of approximately 600 km (370 mi) on a single charge. The car is for now only available in front-wheel drive and maybe later as all-wheel drive.
the P5 costs significantly less than the Tesla Model 3 (250,900 yuan or the equivalent of 32,840 euros). This comparison is somewhat limited, as Xpeng plans to offer the P5 in a total of six variants. However, even the most expensive version of the 4.81-meter-long sedan remains below the price of the Tesla model at 230,000 yuan.
