My trusty fatmax drill is well used and much of a go to part of the shed.
The charger has remained in the same position and is always powered on for around 2 years now, until this week i simply picked it up to move it, heard a pop.
It blew the main fuse and had an internal short circuit.
dismantled it, removed components looking for the short but gave up.
bypassed the internal AC section using a laptop power supply.
its charging again
