1、Prepare a 600mm single cable sample and ensure it is vertical.
2、Turn on the switch of propane gas cylinder and air pump, adjust the propane flow and air flow to meet the IEC 60332-1 standard requirements.
3、Ignite and use a flame height measuring ruler to measure the inner flame length and total length of the flame to confirm that the flame meets the requirements of the IEC 60332-1 standard.
4、Keep the single cable sample in the experimental device on two horizontal supports with a distance of 550mm.
5、Ignite and burn the cable sample for 60 seconds.
6、After the flame on the sample goes out, turn on the exhaust air and extract the exhaust gas from the box.
7、Measure the carbonization and burning distance between the starting point and the lower edge of the upper bracket.
