Live images from Srinagar show Chief Minister-designate Omar Abdullah praying ahead of his swearing-in ceremony. After a 16-year hiatus, Abdullah returns to power in Jammu and Kashmir. The oath-taking ceremony is scheduled for 11.30 a.m. today. Abdullah, who began his political career in 1998, has been a member of both the UPA and NDA governments. Despite several electoral defeats, he tasted victory this year by winning two seats in Jammu and Kashmir.
