The "Orange County Crosstalk" Show (OCTV) is a special T.V. program that applies Internet and social media technology to broadcast its programs all over the world since 1991. OCTV have been operating with Time Warner Public Access Broadcasting and Adelphia cables TV as well as a number of international satellites Television located in Orange County and Los Angeles California. OCTV program focuses on various important local, national, and international issues that are happing in OC. OCTV had covered cultural, political, and social events that are of great importance to our community in Orange County including many international film festival events.
