Tom reminisces about the legend Micah Dash, when he first met him and how he was one of his earliest climbing influencers, all whilst climbing the Indian Creek classic Ruby's Cafe.
"I actually knew about this route, from a film called Return2Sender, where there is Micah Dash who was maybe one of my early influences in climbing actually. He was one of these guys doing really cool stuff in Yosemite, and was just a total chisel tipped beast. Like he loved bit of [back two] on anything. I watched a video of him doing this, Ruby’s Cafe, and I think at the time I thought I’ll never ever climb anything like that, it just looked too hard, too difficult and Micah is a legend."
