Moulds can be re- milled / machined multiple times to save time, material and tools. A basic shape can be moulded into the sand block fully automated, overnight operation.
Robotic Sand Milling Cell (two main sizes available):
RSM-22: 2m x 2m x 1m mould
RSM-42: 4m x 2m x 1m mould
Both models available with auto tool change and auto tool inspection.
