How to Add Custom Questions to Meta Ads Lead Forms (Facebook/Instagram Ads Lead Forms) :

1️⃣ Navigate to your Meta Ads Manager
2️⃣ Start a Campaign with a Leads Objective
3️⃣ Navigate to your Ad Set and make sure to select Instant Forms under Conversion Location
4️⃣ Navigate to your Ad and click on Create Form (under Instant Form)
5️⃣ Under Form Type select Higher Intent
6️⃣ Click on the Questions dropdown menu and click on Add Question
7️⃣ Customise your Custom Question in your Meta Ads Lead Form and complete your form

That's it!
