New Delhi, Aug 08 (ANI): The vote counting of the three Rajya Sabha seats in Gujarat was delayed on Tuesday as the Congress Party delegations including leaders like Randeep Surjewala and RPN Singh approached the Election Commission of India (ECI) to demand quashing of votes of two party MLAs.
