Today I'm making my easy creamy garlic mushroom sauce with potatoes. This cream of mushroom sauce recipe is one of my top mushroom and potato recipes as it's very versatile and pairs beautifully with so many dishes.
This sauce can also be made in a large batch and stored to use in different ways during the week!

INGREDIENTS
Bacon - 7 oz.
Onion - 1 pc.
Butter - 3 tbsp.
Mushrooms - 1 lb.
Cloves of garlic - 3 pcs.
Flour - 1 tbsp.
Heavy cream - 1 cup. / 7 oz.
Sour cream - 4 tbsp.
Water - 1 1/2 cup.
Salt - 1/2 tsp.
Black pepper - 1/3 tsp.
Basil - 1/2 tsp.
Oregano - 1/2 tsp.
Rosemary - 1/2 tsp.
Paprika - 1 tsp.
Potatoes - 1 1/2 lb.
Bay leaves - 2 pcs.
Dill and Parsley - 2 oz.
Mozarella - 3.5 oz.
