Thanks for Chinese manufacturer Huananzhi we can use cheap Xeon processors, which are still have a kick in performance for a fraction of price. I bought a set of motherboard, Xeon processor and memory chips, then browsing local online marketplace, pick up used videocard and rest of pieces to come up with nice little gaming setup, for just under 400 EUR! Really didn't expect such performance from CPU 6 years old CPU for 20 EUR :)
