For the past two years, the walls, facades and even mailboxes of Bayonne in the French Basque country have been adorned with impressive murals and frescoes by some of the world's top street artists. Tourists now come, map in hand, to walk or cycle through a street art 'circuit' - a phenomenon largely thanks to the creation, in 2017, of the "Points of View" festival by a local art centre and its impassioned director.
